Dabangg#3 ~ Fan's Take

5 years after Chulbul kills Thakur Bachcha Singh. A witness sees the Thakur murdered and photographs the incident. Although the evidence is not used to file a case against Chulbul in the court, the leader of the political party uses that evidence to blackmail Chulbul from using his power to smuggle Gold and Cocaine into Uttar Pradesh. Chulbul succumbs to the political party enabling them get a victory in the by-elections of a constituency. The political leader SuryaDev has Chubul on his heels trying to favor cash for votes to the people in order to win elections. He also uses Chulbul's accumulated wealth from local Goondas then for cash distribution to voters. The Kanpur city becomes a whole mess with law and order problems. Caste ism, Communal ism spreads to the city. Many Girls are molested and raped. Houses burgled. Common man killed. Police department become a puppet to the evolving political party in the state. SuryaDev wants to win the next Assembly elections and gains momentum in the state. To the common man he has a picture of being kind and people friendly but his primary motto is to gain money through business. In order for his business to flourish he uses his political power. He gains his hand on police department and continues to reign the city. 

Chulbul's family is devastated upon seeing this face of him. He turns a puppet and fails to save people. Every day Rajjo has argument with Chulbul and explains how their son and herself are haunted by media and public on this side of Chulbul. Makkhi insists Chulbul to resign from police department and lead a peaceful life. However Chulbul turns down both Makkhi and Rajjo. Prajapati requests Chulbul to stop Anti-people movement however Chulbul is adamant on his actions and doesnt comply. Prajapti convinces Rajjo that there must be some problem behind Chulbul's change in behavior but she has had enough already. Rajjo feels she has lost her pride and moves to Mumbai (to her relative's house). She files then for a divorce complaint.

Ahead of the Assemble elections, Crores of money are given to voters. Half of them fear SuryaDev while half of them respect and adore him. His poularity goes wide and him having a strong supporting factor of caste gains momentum during the campaigns. In many booths, Goondas of SuryaDev cast illegal votes. SuryaDev uses Chulbul to win over 50 seats in UP Assembly elections. Meanwhile Makkhi gets beaten up in a local fight with local Goondas and is severely hurt. He gets threw into a National Permit lorry and goes off unknown. Rajjo divorces Chulbul and starts working to meet her and her son's daily needs. Prajapati after seeing all this vows never to meet Chulbul again and leaves. In one end SuryaDev cherishes the victory while Chulbul is down with tears and sets his house on fire.

INTERVAL

Chulbul is cremated. No one from police department attends his funeral. He is termed Gaddar. SuryaDev is made Deputy CM of the state. His Goonda men now become MLAs of the State and continue their atrocity. Dozens of Women are raped everyday. SuryaDev opens schools, colleges and hospitals within 2 years of his election and charge a whopping amount for his services. He deals in stealing Kidney and other organs from poor and dead. The political party is now in his hands and he triggers violence between his and other caste people. He terminates many Govt servants of other castes and favors his men. His atrocity continues for a while. 

SuryaDev's right hand and the Finance Minister of the state, Ratan loots every possible wealth in the state. All the infrastructure plans developed are corrupt and are Anti-People. He amasses huge wealth dumped in foreign nations. 

One day, Ratan gets phone call from a mysterious person asking for a massive sum of money to let go of his son. The Photo of Chulbul killing Thakur Bachcha Singh was under negotiation. Ratan for the love of his son gives away both money and the photo. The mysterious person kills Ratan and burns him alive. The police and the entire Ministry searches for Ratan but they are clueless. 

SuryaDev loses his cool and enrages. He couldnt believe that Ratan goes missing. He gets another phone call that all his atrocities are well documented and solid proofs are available for all his engagements in Cocaine/Drugs/Rapes and monetization of services in the education/medical sector. SuryaDev sets up a meeting with that mysterious person. With his entire political career at stake, he gives away that mysterious man that every single penny he had amassed in the foreign nations. He asks for who he is and it is revealed that he is inturn Chulbul. 

Chulbul plays his games now. He asks for a seat where Ratan constituted. He wins in the by-elections and becomes the new Finance Minister. Makkhi and Prajapti meanwhile return after the election of Chulbul as Minister. He then blackmails every single MLA of the ruling party to give away 50% of their amassed wealth. He collects them all and gives way to the poor and needy. He collects the data of people suffering with major diseases and trnafers the money to them. A part of the money is given to all Army men's families who are from UP. He improves the infrastructure in his constituency and approves for free medical/education for all the poor. 

Chulbul has Police portfolio under him and orders them to stop Drug businesses and orders shoot at sight to all local Goondas who had raped women. He says justice cant help these poor women and offers Govt jobs and money to them as a matter of consolation. Chulbul tries to undo all the things that were done by SuryaDev. Chulbul becomes very famous in his constituency and also records high margins in the local body elections. Thus he becomes close to the the CM. He negotiates with the CM of coming back once again to power if all the MLAs follow the same strategy deployed in his constituency. Thus after the local body elections SuryaDev has been exposed in the media of his illegal wealth accumulation evidences and of his businesses. Due to pressure, CM expels SuryaDev from power. The next elections are on the way and Chulbul along with the ruling party comes back to power with a record victory. Chulbul has been made deputy CM.

SuryaDev is frustrated and wants revenge. Mean while Rajjo gets to know all this and wants to reunite with Chulbul. On her way, injured. Before she is taken for treatment to the hospital she dies. She reveals that their son is in Mumbai. Chulbul, Makkhi, Prajapati and Chulbul's son reunite at Rajjo's funeral. Chulbul promises that he will avenge for his loss. 

Chulbul arranges the police force and orders shoot at sight order. SuryaDev moves to Bihar where he has policical aides in Patna. Chulbul's police team nabs SuryaDev on Aug 15th while Chulbul hoists the National Flag on the Indian Independence Day.
