Hindutva - Why Shouldn't we be Proud

This has been a land that has belief in the Almighty for over a million years from now. It goes back to the days when the planet and the living things got created by the Supremo. We have millions of Gods in Hindu mythology with each of them pinned to their own duties. Dozens of Ramayans and Mahabharatas were believed to have happened. All this is cyclic. The Supreme power has already decided our fate and our actions that lead to our fate. Everything has already been planned and written. The Vedas talk about God, his various forms and how life must be lived by categorizing people and their duties. Good and Bad both existed in this plan and always the Good finally won over the Bad. Our culture and history followed the Vedas. The Kings ruled as per the guidelines written. They built temples and performed Poojas/Homas to purify the polluted world. The Sanyasis performed deep meditation to feel God. Our body contains Chakras that try to constantly interact with the Divine power. God is the nucleus and we are electrons surrounding it. We are always held and controlled by the epicenter.

Hindus especially have lots of festivals that are around feeling and appreciating the eternal power and its implications on the universe. We have lots of temples in India with most of the famous temples having a reason behind to be worthy of worship. Some of the Gods took human forms and lived among-st the people, to kill the bad and promote good. The Nava Grahas have a pivotal role in our day-day actions. We are a land of abundant heritage in culture, traditions, Vedas and Upanishads. All these years we have been praying and believing in that eternal power that monitors and controls our actions. We pray because it cleanses our though process, stabilizes us and directs us towards good. We have well defined rules and guidelines for us to follow to live life better. Maharishis and scholars have taken those million years old customs to men of these days. Our culture and traditions have stood the test of times and survived millions of years. The architecture and beauty that most of the temples in India offers are humongous.

Our festivals too depict a lot of insights into how Gods lived on the earth and what they did for us. Each of the festivals has something or the other in it. They differ from one another. Gods, their forms, their names - in fact is so varied. We have worshiped the various forms like one and believed in them. We carried the same beliefs to our NextGen. There are many things that we achieved through our prayers. It is believed that life doesn't cease to exist after death and we still have miles to go. Even after death our souls still hop around in search of its destiny. It takes a new form and comes back with more zeal and power. Thus life is unending and the only factor that let us to end is the firm belief in Gurus, God and truly surrendering to that eternal being. We all seek for a good life - and afterlife. The Kings wanted to feel eternal bliss which the Yogis, Maharishis felt and enjoyed. It was that Supremo who taught us the Yogas. We see a zillions of creatures living on this planet and can we say that all have been man made? The Nature was the architecture built by the Gods and he created the living things to admire, feel, enjoy and preserve them. Even a child who gets born from a mutilating tiny Sperm is still a mystery. Though you can attribute scientific reasons and factors behind it, it is still that Divine power which lets mankind and other living things evolve.

Coming from this part of the world, with enormous and strong belief in the Almighty is truly a blissful feeling. It is in the hands of the youth to worship both God and his creation ,the Nature. To truly submerge and surrender into that divine nucleus and feel blessed. To treat every human and non-humans alike - to honor and respect them. To take forward the belief and customs to the NextGen. To respect Hinduism and its roots. In fact, we should be proud to part of this culture that has enormous power. We might be a tiny part of this world but our Supremo isn't. To feel Him within us and to reach him must be the goal of us.
